How to cook garlic-flavored beans

Maybe you have a lot of friends, but it is impossible for you to be with them every day. Even if you are together every day, you definitely won’t be able to cook for yourself when you are young. So, in order to survive better, I will teach you how to cook green beans with garlic and bean curd.

1. Prepare the main materials.

2. Wash the beans and cut into neat sections.

3. Use a garlic press to crush the garlic into minced meat, use a spoon to mash the fermented bean curd into paste, and cut the chili peppers into small pieces and set aside.

4. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry minced garlic and chili peppers over low heat until fragrant.

5. Then pour the sautéed garlic, chili and oil on the fermented bean curd paste, sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of salt, mix well to make garlic fermented bean curd sauce.

6. Put water in a pot and bring to a boil. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of salt and blanch the beans until cooked through.

7. Soak the blanched beans in cold boiled water for a while, drain and set aside.

8. Place the drained beans on a plate, drizzle with the minced garlic and fermented bean curd sauce, mix well and let sit for 10-20 minutes before eating.

For some people, making garlic-flavored beans with tofu sauce may be simple, but only if you put your heart into it, can you really do it well.
