What's delicious with pickled peppers

When talking about pickled peppers, many people think of chicken feet. Indeed, pickled pepper chicken feet are well-known, but they are more like snacks and are not suitable for cooking. In addition to the spicy taste of hot peppers, pickled peppers also have the sour taste of jar vegetables. Whether stir-fried with shredded pork or paired with duck meat, the food made is very appetizing. The spiciness is not as overbearing as other peppers, so it is very suitable for people with no appetite.

How to make pickled pepper fried pork:

Ingredients: shredded pork, celery, shredded red pepper, pickled chili pepper, garlic

Method: Marinate the shredded pork with cornstarch, light soy sauce and cooking wine. When the oil temperature is high, add the shredded pork and chili into the pan, stir-fry and serve. Then add celery, red pepper shreds and garlic into the pan and stir-fry until 70% cooked. Then add pork and rice peppers and stir-fry until cooked. There is no need to thicken the dish when serving. Cornstarch has been added to the pork during marinating, so it will feel slippery.

Note:

1. When shredding pork, cut against the grain, otherwise it will be difficult to chew. Here is an experience for cutting pork: Put the pork in the freezer for more than an hour, and take it out when it is slightly frozen and hard. It will be easier to cut.

2. Do not add ginger when stir-frying pork, as the two are incompatible in traditional Chinese medicine.

3. The chili peppers need to be cut so that they can be flavored. It is best to add some juice from pickled chili peppers when frying, the taste will be better.

This dish is appetizing and goes well with rice, but people who can't eat spicy food don't need to try it. I think chili pepper is a stronger pepper than chili pepper.
