7. Wash the rapeseed and mushrooms separately, blanch them in boiling water and let them cool for later use.

8. Heat a pan over medium heat, add a small amount of vegetable oil, add the tofu slices and fry until both sides turn golden brown.

9. Place the fried tofu slices on a plate and set aside.

10. Place the pork belly skin side down at the bottom of the bowl, and place a piece of tofu next to it. Repeat this process until you have placed all the meat slices and tofu.

11. Immediately press the mushrooms and place the scallion segments, ginger slices, garlic cloves, peppercorns, aniseed, cinnamon, angelica dahurica and cardamom on top.

12. Prepare a bowl of sauce: Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, cooking wine and 1.5 tablespoons of pork broth into a bowl, mix well and pour into the braised pork bowl.

13. Pour enough water into the steamer and bring it to a boil. Cover the meat bowl tightly and steam over medium heat for 60 minutes before turning off the heat.

14. Take the steaming bowl out of the steamer, pour the soup into a clean pot, cover it with a plate, and turn it upside down.

15. Bring the soup in the pot to a boil, add chopped green onion, adjust the color with soy sauce, thicken with water starch, sprinkle with sesame oil and set aside; remove the steaming bowl, surround it with rapeseed, pour the sauce on it and serve.
