How to make cold oatmeal noodles

3.2 The blanched noodles are very hot. Let them cool down a little before kneading them into a ball. Then roll it into slices, making it as thin as possible, but not too hard, otherwise the dough will break.

4. After the steamed dough has cooled, cut it into shreds. Oat noodles are quite tough and not easy to cut. It feels like cutting rubber. It's quite fun.

5. Blanch the beans, cut into shreds and arrange on the surface. Chop the onion and garlic and put them into the juice made with appropriate amount of light soy sauce, vinegar and sugar, and soak for a while.

6. Put half a spoonful of salad oil and a handful of Sichuan peppercorns in a wok, heat over low heat, and pour over the noodles after the Sichuan peppercorns are fried and fragrant. You can also add some red pepper oil.
