8. Wrap the stuffed eggplant cake with the batter prepared earlier, then fry it in a pan. When it turns golden brown, remove it from the pan and serve it on a plate.

9. Put a little oil in the pot, then add tomato sauce, stir-fry until fragrant, add appropriate amount of water, add a little salt and appropriate amount of chopped green onion, then stir clockwise until sticky, and pour it on the eggplant cake on the plate.
