How to make warm cucumber and shimeji mushrooms

1.1 Peel the cucumber, remove the two ends, take the middle section, and cut into small cubes. Blanch the oyster mushrooms in boiling water until cooked, remove from the water and let cool naturally. Steam the carrot slices and let them cool naturally

2.2 Wash the cucumber, shiitake mushroom and carrot

3. Mix the cooked cucumber, shimeji mushrooms and carrots together, add salt and mix well, let it sit for about 10 minutes to let the flavor absorb, and pour out the excess water.

4. Add a few drops of sesame oil and mix well.
