4. Cut the ham into small cubes.

5. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them.

6. Put a small amount of oil in the wok, fry the eggs until cooked, and use a spatula to cut them into very small pieces.

7. Add the chopped chives and ham into the pot, and add one and a half spoons of thirteen spices.

8. Add two spoons of salt.

9. Add a small amount of light soy sauce.

10. Mix all the vegetables well. This way, the lightly fried leek filling is not easy to release water, making it easier to wrap dumplings.

11. Take out some of the dough mixed with sugar, knead it into strips, and divide it into pieces of appropriate sizes.

12. Flatten the dough with your hands and shape it into dumpling skins.

13. Add appropriate amount of stuffing and make dumplings.

14. Take a family photo with the dumplings you made.

15. After the water boils, add the dumplings. After boiling, add a small amount of cold water and boil again. Boil it three times and the dumplings are cooked.

16. The hot and fragrant dumplings are on the plate, let’s eat!
