How to make colorful mixed vegetables

1.1 Beat the eggs and stir evenly, then fry them in a frying pan to make egg skin.

2.2 Cut the soaked and cleaned black fungus and dried tofu into shreds, blanch them in boiling water, and place them on a plate.

3. Cut the egg skin into shreds and arrange on a plate.

4. Cut carrots and cucumbers into shreds and arrange on a plate.

5.Put minced garlic in the middle.

6. Preparation of sauce: Add appropriate amount of vinegar to sesame paste and stir. If it is too thick, add appropriate amount of water and stir. Then add salt, sugar, mustard oil and pepper oil and mix well. Pour in the sauce, stir well and serve.
