How to make two-color aspic

1. Wash the pork skin, cook it and cut it into strips.

2.1 Do not add soy sauce first, put a part of it in the container, add soy sauce and bring to a boil, then add the colored ones.

3.2 Add pepper, aniseed, dried chili, onion, ginger and salt into the pressure cooker, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 20 minutes.

4. Let it cool.

5. The finished two-color jelly has beautiful color.

6. Dip it in a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil, and add some chili peppers. It is smooth, refreshing and nutritious.
