Eating different porridges at different stages is more healthy and can increase the baby's nutrition. Moreover, porridge is easier to digest, nutritious and contains multiple vitamins. It can promote the baby's development and growth, and can also treat baby's indigestion. For example, from August to October every year is the season when babies are prone to diarrhea, and yam can prevent and treat diarrhea. At this time, it is better to cook a portion of yam porridge for the baby. The different ingredients put in the porridge contain different minerals and vitamins, which can promote the baby's growth and development.

1. Pumpkin and millet porridge

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of millet, a small piece of pumpkin

Cooking: Wash the millet, peel the pumpkin and cut it into small cubes, put them in a pot and add appropriate amount of water to cook for 30 minutes.

Millet is good for the stomach as it contains calcium, iron, vitamin A, and vitamin D. Pumpkin contains zinc, which can improve the body's immune system.

2. Assorted egg custard

Ingredients: 1 egg. 1 broccoli, 1 small carrot, 1 piece of soaked black fungus, 1 drop of sesame oil

Method: Beat the eggs in a bowl, add warm water, blanch the broccoli, carrots, and fungus in boiling water, then chop them and add them to the egg liquid, add 1 drop of sesame oil, and steam for 30 minutes.

If your baby doesn’t like to eat vegetables, you can try this method: put some sesame oil in the bowl first and then put the ingredients in, so that the bowl will not stick.

3. Beef and Broccoli Porridge

Ingredients: 1 small piece of cooked beef, 1 broccoli, 2 tablespoons of rice, 2 tablespoons of broth

Method: Dice the cooked beef, wash the rice, put it in a pot with the diced beef, add broth and appropriate amount of water and cook for 30 minutes, blanch the broccoli in boiling water, chop it and put it in, and cook for another 10 minutes.

Beef is the best lean meat. It has the effects of nourishing the spleen and stomach, strengthening the muscles and bones, resolving phlegm and wind, and quenching thirst and salivation. Broccoli is rich in nutrients and has anti-cancer effects (Note: Children should not eat too much broccoli because it contains a harmful chemical called allyl isothiocyanate (the main component of mustard oil).)

Four: Pork ribs and carrot soup

Ingredients: pork ribs, carrots, ginger

Method: Wash and blanch the ribs, pour an appropriate amount of boiling water into the casserole, put in the ribs, carrot cubes, and a piece of ginger, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.

Note: A soup spoon is a small spoon that is usually used for drinking soup and eating at home.

Many mothers say that their babies only eat a little bit, which makes it troublesome to cook. Here I want to teach you a method:

Buy ribs, lean meat, pork liver, and chicken, wash them at home, blanch them, put them in a pressure cooker, add onions and ginger, and cook them for about 20-30 minutes. Take out the meat and let it cool, cut it into small pieces, and freeze it in the refrigerator. Put the broth into a small ice box and freeze it into small pieces. Put them in a fresh-keeping box and cook porridge or noodles for your baby every time. It is convenient and hygienic.

5. Black sesame and walnut porridge (this porridge nourishes the liver and kidneys and has a therapeutic effect on secondary cerebral atrophy)

Ingredients: 2 walnuts, half a tablespoon of black sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons of rice

Method: Peel the walnuts and put them in a bowl. Pour boiling water into the bowl and soak for 5 minutes. Tear off the skin of the walnut kernels and chop the walnut kernels. Crush the black sesame seeds with a rolling pin (the black sesame seeds must be crushed, or stirred with a food processor so that the nutrients can be absorbed). Wash the rice, put all the ingredients in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, and cook for 40 minutes.

Walnuts can strengthen the stomach, replenish blood, moisten the lungs, and nourish the mind. Black sesame can enhance immunity, and Zirui can nourish the skin and black hair.

6. Carrot Yogurt Porridge

Ingredients: 1/10 carrot, 1 teaspoon flour, 10 grams cabbage, 1 tablespoon yogurt, 3 tablespoons broth, some butter

Preparation method:

Shred the cabbage and carrots and stew until they are soft.

Lightly sauté the flour in butter, add the broth and vegetables and cook, stirring gently.

After the stewed ingredients have cooled, mix them with yogurt.

7. Tomato porridge

Ingredients: 1/8 tomato, 1/4 bowl of rice, 1/2 cup of kelp soup, some salt

Preparation method:

Soak the tomatoes in boiling water, then take out the skin and pulp, and chop them.

Pour rice and kelp broth into a small pot and cook.

Once cooked, add tomatoes and season with salt.

8. Pork Ribs and Yam Porridge

Ingredients: a small piece of cooked pork ribs, a small piece of yam, 2 tablespoons of rice, 2 tablespoons of broth

Method: Remove the bones from the ribs and cut the meat into small cubes, peel and dice the yam, wash the rice, put all the ingredients into the pot, add broth and appropriate amount of water, and cook for 30 minutes.

Yam can prevent diarrhea. August to December each year is the peak season for diarrhea in children. Using yam powder to treat diarrhea is more acceptable. Cooked meat is high in iron.

9. Purple Sweet Potato Rice Porridge

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of rice, a small piece of purple sweet potato

Cooking: Wash the rice, wash the purple sweet potato, peel it and cut it into small cubes, put them in a pot, add appropriate amount of water and cook for 30 minutes.

Purple sweet potatoes are rich in protein, vitamins and mineral elements, which can resist fatigue, anti-aging, enhance immunity, prevent stomach cancer and help defecation.

10. Fish and carrot noodles

Ingredients: a piece of fish, some flour, a small piece of carrot

Method: Put the fish in a pot and cook it, then take out the fish meat, mix it with flour to make dough, let it rest for 20 minutes, cut it into small pieces, put it into the fish soup and cook it, add chopped carrots, and cook the noodles until done. Pick out the fish bones from the fish meat, crush the fish meat and put it into the cooked noodles.
