1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Chop the onions.

2. Wash and cut the white asparagus into sections about 2 to 4 cm thick

3. Put 20g butter in the pot, sauté the small onion, stir-fry for 2 minutes, add asparagus and potato cubes, add chicken broth, half cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.

4. While the soup is cooking, use the remaining butter in a frying pan to slowly fry the green asparagus tips for garnish

5. Turn off the heat, wait for a while, and when the soup cools down, blend it into a paste in a blender, filter it, add liquid butter to the pot, stir well, reheat it, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped celery, and drink it while it is hot.
