1. Prepare flour, milk, eggs and other related ingredients.

2. Warm the milk slightly, then add dry yeast powder, sugar and eggs, and mix well.

3. Pour the milk you just mixed into the flour and stir the flour with chopsticks.

4. Stir the flour into a thick batter as shown in the picture below.

5. Pour the batter into an oiled container and smooth it out with your hands dipped in water. Wait for 1 to 2 hours for the batter to ferment to more than twice its size.

6. While the dough is rising, remove the pits from the red dates. After washing, soak it in clean water for about 10 minutes.

7. After the batter has risen, place red dates and raisins on top as decoration. Then, steam the batter in cold water for 20 minutes. After turning off the heat, simmer for another 5 minutes before opening the lid.

8. Remove from the pan and shape.
