4. In addition to taking out some of the ribs for frying, leave a small part of the ribs and stew them until the ribs are fragrant and tender. Although the number of ribs has been reduced, the soup will still be fragrant because of the flavors of mushrooms and bamboo shoots. When it is ready to drink, add cucumber slices, add salt to season, and pour a little cream. It will be very fragrant. Of course, it is also good without cream. Or you can add a little milk. But you must add it when you drink it last, it's not good to heat the milk for a long time.
