Pumpkin and Polenta Recipe

1. Take the corn kernels out of the refrigerator and thaw them, add 80 grams of millet flour.

2. Add millet flour and cold water to make a thick paste. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces 5 mm thick.

3. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil, then add pumpkin and corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes.

4. Pour in the prepared millet batter and cook for another 3 minutes.

5. Serve in a bowl.
