How to cook tomato stewed tofu

1. Wash and cut tomatoes into pieces

2. Prepare green pepper, minced garlic and minced ginger

3. Heat the pan with cold oil, add minced garlic, minced ginger, and tofu. Fry the tofu over low heat. Do not flip it back and forth. When one side is golden brown, turn it over and fry the other side. Keep the heat low.

4. Fry the tofu on one side and then turn it over to the other side

5. Fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown, place on a plate and set aside; if you like fried tofu, sprinkle it with pepper and salt to make a fried tofu with pepper and salt.

6. Add tomatoes to the pan and stir-fry for a while.

7. After the tomatoes become soft, add half a bowl of cold water, add tofu, add sugar and simmer on medium-low heat for about five minutes.

8. When the water is almost dry, add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and green pepper for seasoning, and cook over high heat until the juice is reduced.

9. Remove from heat and serve.
