3. Marinate the pork belly with minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sugar and pepper overnight, bake in the oven at 250 degrees for about 40 minutes, slice and set aside (mix with noodles for serving)

4. Boil special soy sauce, katsuobushi, sugar, mirin, apple, white radish and soy sauce together for 20 minutes, simmer for 30 minutes, and filter.

5. Cook the noodles, mix with soy sauce, and add the grilled meat
