Chive Boiled Eggs

Fried eggs with leeks and leek egg soup are both common household dishes. Both eggs and leeks are easy to obtain, and the steps for making the dish by combining the two are simple and delicious. However, some people like leeks while others cannot get used to the taste of leeks. However, it cannot be denied that leeks are effective in boosting male yang and consolidating semen. Chive Boiled Eggs

Wash the leeks and cut into sections;

Beat an egg into egg liquid;

Heat the pan, add appropriate amount of oil, and when the oil is hot, put the roots of the leek into the pan and stir-fry;

Add the chive leaves and stir-fry for a few times;

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat;

When the water is boiling, pour the egg mixture over the chives;

Sprinkle a little salt and bring the soup to boil again;

Serve and the boiled leeks and eggs are ready.

Steamed Eggs with Chives

1. Cut the chives diagonally into prisms.

2. Pour about twice the amount of boiling water as the egg liquid and let it cool for later use (warm water for one egg and two egg shells, 1:2 is the key to tenderness).

3. After beating the eggs, add a few drops of sesame oil.

4. Add a pinch of salt.

5. Add warm water.

6. Stir it.

7. Pick out the small bubbles.

8. Add the chives gently and slowly, trying not to create bubbles.

9. When cooking rice, add a little more water than usual. After the water boils and steam comes out, pour in the egg liquid.

10. Leave a gap in the lid to prevent the distilled water from dripping onto the egg liquid.

11. Once the rice is cooked, the eggs should also be steamed.

Leek and Egg Soup

1. Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir; soak the vermicelli in boiling water until soft; wash the leeks and cut into sections.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of boiling water into the pot, put in the shredded mustard tuber and vermicelli, boil over high heat, add an appropriate amount of salt, MSG, and vegetable oil, pour in the egg liquid and stir well, immediately pour the leek segments into the soup and stir well.
