Ingredients: 400g fresh minced pork, 1 lotus root, a little ginger, 1 egg, 1/2 spoon dark soy sauce, 2 spoons light soy sauce, 1 spoon oyster sauce, 1/2 spoon salt, a little water starch, a little sesame oil, a little oil

practice:

1. Peel the lotus root and cut it into small pieces. Chop the ginger into fine pieces and set aside.

2. Put the minced lotus root, minced meat and minced ginger in a bowl, then add 1 egg white, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of salt, a little water starch and a little sesame oil.

3. Stir vigorously in one direction until the filling can no longer be stirred. Take an appropriate amount of filling in your hand and shape it into a small round cake.

4. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry over low heat. Fry until one side is slightly yellow and turn it over. Remove the lotus root cake when it is cooked.

2.Garlic minced meat roasted eggplant

Ingredients: 120g minced meat, 2 eggplants, garlic, onion, 1 red pepper, soybean paste, soy sauce, oil

practice:

1. Wash the eggplant, cut it into two pieces and then cut it in half, brush it with a layer of oil

2. Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes

3. Chop the red pepper, onion and garlic into small pieces and set aside

4. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, pour in the minced meat and stir-fry until the color turns white, then pour in the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

5. Heat oil, add appropriate amount of soybean paste and soy sauce, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the minced meat, garlic and red pepper and stir-fry evenly.

6. Take out the baked eggplant, spread the fried meat sauce on the eggplant, and bake in the oven for another 20 minutes.

7. After baking, sprinkle with chopped green onions

3. Minced meat egg rolls

Ingredients: 200g minced meat, five free-range eggs (one in the minced meat), onion, ginger, salt, sugar, pepper, oil, water starch

1. Add pork, onion, ginger, salt, sugar, chopped green onion, pepper, and a little water, mix well, and stir the eggs.

2. Heat the pan, add a small amount of oil, and spread the egg liquid into a thin omelet

3. Put a quarter of the meat filling on the omelet. Spread the fresh meat filling evenly on the omelet.

4. After the meat filling is spread, start rolling up the omelet from one end and stick the joint with water starch. Make four egg and meat rolls in sequence

5. Boil water in a pot and steam the egg rolls. After about 15 minutes, the egg rolls are steamed. .Cut the steamed egg rolls diagonally into small pieces and place them on a plate. Enjoy directly. You can also add dark soy sauce and water starch to make a sauce in a pan and pour it on the egg rolls.

4. Minced meat stuffed peppers

Ingredients:

500g lean and fatty pork, 8 peppers, 1 scallion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of corn starch, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, a little cooking wine, some cooking oil, and a little pepper.

2) Wash the pork and chop it into minced meat.

3) Place the minced meat in a large bowl and add chopped garlic and green onions.

4) Add salt, sugar, corn starch, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, cooking oil and pepper.

5) Mix the seasoning and minced meat evenly.

6) Wash the peppers and remove the seeds.

7) Use your hands to break open the peppers and stuff them with the meat filling.

8) Fill the peppers with meat filling.

9) Brew them in order.

10) Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and add the stuffed peppers with the meat side facing down.

11) Fry until golden brown, then turn over and fry until cooked through.

12) Take a small bowl and add a little sugar, soy sauce, corn starch and a little water and mix well.

13) Pour in the prepared soy sauce and starch thickening mixture.

14) Bring the juice to a boil.

15) Place the peppers on a plate and drizzle with the sauce.

5. Stir-fried sour beans with minced meat

Ingredients: 250 grams of sour beans, 200 grams of pork (half fat and half lean), 10 grams of minced garlic, 2 grams of dried pepper powder, and appropriate amounts of cooked lard, salt, MSG, and soy sauce.

1. Wash the sour beans, soak them in warm water for a while, remove them and cut them into 0.5 cm pieces; cut the pork into minced meat for later use.
