1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Mix salt, soy sauce, oil and soybean powder

3. Heat the pan over low heat and add oil.

4. Pour into the pan and fry on low heat

5. Use a spatula to gently press along the edges (function: turn over and non-stick), gently shake the pan, the pancake can move completely, turn over and fry the second side
