How to make small animal buns

How to make small animal buns

Summer has just passed and the food delivery staff have gradually stopped coming. The fact that so many people order takeout shows how lazy modern people are. Although the weather was very hot recently, we cannot eat takeout every day. The oil and salt content in takeout food is seriously exceeded, which will cause illness in the long run. In order to live longer, you might as well go into the kitchen yourself and follow me to learn how to make the dish of small animal buns.

1. 300 grams of pork, one carrot, and three green onions.

2. Wash and chop the pork.

3. Peel the carrots and shred them.

4. Put the ingredients in a bowl and add starch, salt, oil, sugar and eggs.

5. Stir in one direction and add appropriate amount of water to stir vigorously.

6. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Add flour and sugar and mix well.

7. Pour the yeast water into the flour and stir until it becomes snowflake-shaped. Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands. (Pour the water slowly, don't pour too much at once)

8. Cover with plastic wrap, heat the water in the pot to about 70 degrees, put a rack, put the noodle plate on it, cover with lid and let it ferment. When the water is cold and the noodles have not yet risen to 20%, take the noodle plate away, heat the water, turn off the heat, and then put the noodle plate back down. Note that the noodle plate cannot touch the water in the pot. (This method is very useful in cold winter)

9. Let it ferment until it is twice as large.

10. Place the fermented dough on the chopping board to release the air, add appropriate amount of dry flour and knead it repeatedly.

11. Roll into long strips and cut into small pieces. (Cut and turn the dough so that it can be cut evenly)

12. The skin on the four sides of the pole becomes thin after the middle part. Add the stuffing (the bun skin must not be too thin, otherwise it will not rise well and will collapse.)

13. Wrap into buns.

14. Roll it into an oval with the top facing downwards. Use scissors to cut out the ears and use red beans as eyes.

15. Cut the baking paper into small pieces, place them under the buns, and let them rise for 20 minutes.

16. Steam in cold water, boil over medium heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

17. Steamed buns.

Obviously, after reading the introduction to the dish of small animal buns, you should have already understood it clearly. But practice makes perfect, so I believe you will be taking action soon. When you taste the delicious food you made, you will definitely feel extremely happy and excited.
