How to make shredded pork and fried vegetables with noodles

There are many ways to eat, but you must eat some healthy food. To be healthy, you need to cook it yourself. The shredded pork, fried vegetables and noodles introduced below are very suitable.

1. 130g lean pork, two bags of 140g shredded mustard tuber, 20g green onion, 15g ginger, 20g soy sauce, 10g rice wine, 2g chicken powder, 2g salt, 4 small dried chilies, 2 drops of sesame oil, 300ml water, and a bag of 250g semi-finished wide udon noodles.

2. Take the mustard tuber out of the bag, rinse it with clean water and set aside.

3. Cut green onion and ginger into shreds.

4. Chop the dried chili peppers into small pieces with scissors.

5. Cut the lean pork into shreds.

6.Mix the shredded meat with salt.

7. Add white pepper powder and mix well.

13. Add soy sauce and stir-fry to remove the taste of raw soy sauce.

14. Stir-fry evenly.

15. After stir-frying, pour in an appropriate amount of water to equal the amount of raw materials.

16. Pour in clean water and bring to a boil, then season with salt.

17. Season with chicken powder.

18. Finally, add two drops of sesame oil and serve.

20. Since the noodles are semi-finished products, pour them into boiling water and blanch them before taking them out.

21. Rinse the noodles with cold water immediately after they are out of the pot.

22. Pour into a bowl, top with shredded pork and pickled mustard tuber, and top with coriander and shredded cucumber.
