Material:

Ingredients: appropriate amounts of cabbage, carrots, cabbage and honey.

Preparation method: 1. Take appropriate amounts of fresh cabbage, carrots and cabbage, wash them and cut them into small pieces.

Preparation method: 1. Wash and cut the carrots into shreds, remove the tendons from the lean pork and cut into shreds, put them into a bowl, add starch and mix well, wash the coriander, cut into minced pieces and set aside.

2. Heat the pan, add chopped green onion and ginger, add shredded pork and stir-fry, then add shredded carrots and stir-fry.

3. Add a little soy sauce, stir-fry and add coriander. Serve immediately.

Features: The carotene in carrots can prevent pollen allergies, allergic dermatitis, etc. Regular consumption can enhance immunity and fight allergies.

4. Three-flavor duck meat cubes

Ingredients: 250 grams of duck breast, 25 grams of carrots, 20 grams of green beans, 25 grams of potatoes, 1 egg white, appropriate amounts of fresh soup, sesame oil, salt and cornstarch.

Preparation method: 1. Peel the duck breast, chop it into minced meat, add onion, ginger, water, salt, egg white, rice wine, and cornstarch, mix well, put it in a square dish, steam it, and cut it into pieces.

2. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into small pieces; chop the green beans and set aside.

3. Add potatoes, carrot cubes and green bean diced into the pot and cook until done. Add fresh soup, bring to a boil, add duck meat cubes, bring to a boil, add salt and starch to thicken, and drizzle with a few drops of sesame oil.
