Seafood recipes and methods

Seafood is a very nutritious food and is also a type of food that many people like because it tastes relatively delicious. Of course, the taste and nutritional value of seafood produced by different cooking methods and ingredients will also be different. The more popular seafood dishes include scallop vermicelli, steamed egg with clams, chopped pepper mantis shrimp, and spicy fried clams. Here are some recipes for these foods!

1. Scallop Vermicelli

Ingredients: 6 scallops, 50g vermicelli, 1 teaspoon seafood soy sauce, 50g garlic, 2g salt, 3ml cooking wine, 15g shallot, 10ml oil, dark soy sauce, red pepper

Method: 1) Wash the scallops and soak the vermicelli in cold water until soft and then blanch it in boiling water. 2) Place the vermicelli inside the scallops. Chop the garlic and stir-fry it and put it on the vermicelli. 3) Mix the seasoning into a sauce and pour it on the vermicelli. Pour boiling water into the pot and steam for eight minutes, take out 4) Heat some hot oil in the pot and pour it on top before eating. Add chopped green onions and red pepper.

2. Steamed Clams and Eggs

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 10 clams, 3g salt, 1/2 spoon cooking wine, 2 slices of ginger, 1 scallion, 1 spoon vegetable oil, 1/2 spoon steamed fish soy sauce, 1g pepper

Method: 1) Prepare the ingredients - soak the clams in light salt water for half a day and wash them. 2) Boil the clams in water and remove them. (Don’t pour out the water) 3) Beat the eggs, add some salt, cooking wine, ginger water, chopped green onions, pepper, vegetable oil, and the water used to boil clams, and stir well. Steam for about 5 minutes. 4) Add the clams and steam for about 3 more minutes. 5) Add some steamed fish soy sauce.

3. Chopped pepper shrimp

Ingredients: 500g mantis shrimp, 30g red chopped pepper, 1 green pepper, some oil, some salt, some green onion, some garlic, some oyster sauce, some sugar

Method: 1) Wash the mantis shrimps and blanch them in boiling water until they change color and set. 2) Heat the pan and oil, add the chopped red pepper and stir fry until the oil turns red. 3) Add the onion and garlic and fry until fragrant. 4) Add the mantis shrimp and stir fry quickly. 5) Add oyster sauce, sugar and salt to taste. 6) Then add the green pepper and stir fry until done.

4. Spicy Stir-fried Clams

Ingredients: 800g razor clams, some green onions, some ginger, some dried chili peppers, some peppercorns, some Pixian bean paste, some white wine

Method: 1) Keep the clams in salt water for a few hours to spit out the sand, and drop two drops of sesame oil on the water surface. After spitting out, wash it several times and drain the water. 2) Add oil to the pan and fry the peppercorns slowly over low heat until they are fragrant. 3) Add dried chili peppers, shredded ginger and chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant. 4) Add a small amount of Pixian fermented bean paste and slowly stir-fry until red oil comes out. 5) Turn to high heat, add clams and stir-fry, add a little white wine, and stir-fry until the shells open. 6) Finally, add some chopped green onions and stir-fry evenly.
