6. After the mixed yam paste has cooled down slightly, take an appropriate amount and roll it into a ball in your hand, then apply a layer of corn starch on the outside as a thin dough.

7. Press the yam paste into a small cake, put a little mixed jujube paste in the middle, then wrap the jujube paste completely with yam paste and roll it into a ball.

8. Put the yam balls wrapped with jujube paste into the mold, press it firmly, turn it upside down, and put it on a plate.
