1. Knead the flour into dough and let it rest. Don’t make it too soft. A harder dough tastes better.

4. Roll out the dough a little bit and roll it on the rolling pin to make a dough sheet.

5. Just make it as thin as you like.

6. Sprinkle the dough with white flour, and then fold it up from both ends to the middle a little bit.

7. Start cutting noodles. My knife skills are not very good, so I'll just have to make do with it.

19. When the water boils, add the noodles and stir well.

20. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir gently

21. Bring the noodle soup to a boil again and wait for two or three minutes until it is cooked. Add a few drops of sesame oil and mix well before serving.
