1. Beat the egg yolks with 20g sugar until the color becomes lighter and slightly fluffy.

2. Add oil and chocolate to hot water and stir constantly until all melted

4. Mix cocoa powder with hot water, add to the egg yolk chocolate liquid and stir evenly.

5. Sift the low flour into the chocolate mixture and mix it into chocolate egg yolk batter

6. Add 30g sugar to egg whites until dry foam

7. Add 1/3 of the egg whites to the egg yolk paste and use a spatula to gently stir from the bottom up until it is evenly mixed. Pour it back into the egg white paste and continue to stir evenly.

8. Pour the mixed batter into the mold and put it into the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 50 minutes. Use a toothpick to poke into the center of the cake and pull it out. If there is no residue on the toothpick, it means the cake is baked.

9. Put the strawberries into a blender and blend into puree.

10. Beat the whipped cream with a whisk until it is 60% to 70% distributed, and put it in the refrigerator for later use

11. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces, add sugar, and stir in hot water until it is uniform and free of particles.

12. Add 50 ml of water to the gelatin powder and heat it in a water bath to melt it into a gelatin solution. Mix 1/2 strawberry puree, 1/2 cream cheese, 1/2 whipped cream, and about half of the gelatin to make a strawberry cheese paste.

13. Mix the remaining cream cheese, light cream and fish gelatin into the original cheese paste

14. Place a large piece of chocolate cake on the bottom of the mold.

15. Pour half of the original flavor and strawberry cheese paste, then put a small piece of chocolate cake on it, and then mix the two cheese mousse pastes and pour them in, and smooth them out. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until the mousse filling is completely solidified. When demoulding, blow around the cake mold with a hair dryer, or cover the cake mold with a hot towel to easily demould.
