How to make vegetable box

Arranging your daily diet is actually a very important part of life, which we should not ignore. It is okay to eat out occasionally, but it is best not to do it too frequently. Cooking by yourself is the best. The method of making vegetable box is very simple, and those who want to cook by themselves may wish to learn it.

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Pour 500g of flour into a bowl and knead the dough. Put the flour into a plastic bag and let it rest for 20 minutes.

3. Stir the eggs evenly, add thirteen spices and salt

4. Drain the water from the chives, cut them into small pieces and put them into a bowl for later use.

5. Cook the vermicelli in a pot for eight minutes, remove the vermicelli and chop it on the chopping board.

6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs until they turn golden brown. Chop them on a chopping board.

7. Pour all the chopped fillings into the chopped chives bowl and add the thirteen spices seasoning.

8. Add more oil to the pan. When the oil is 80% hot, pour in all the ingredients in the pot and stir for one minute.

9. Pour out the filling and set aside, add salt and sesame seeds

10. Take a small portion of the dough that has just been proofed and roll it as thin as possible on the chopping board with a rolling pin.

11. Put the filling on about half of the rolled dough.

12. Wrap the other half with the vegetables as shown in the picture.

13. Plug in the electric pancake stall, brush oil on both sides, and put the pancake into the prepared vegetable box.

14. After three minutes, turn over and continue heating for five minutes

15. Take it out and cut it into small pieces on the chopping board

16. Place on a plate and prepare for decoration. The delicious leek, egg and vermicelli box is ready to eat. It will be more delicious if it is served with a small dish of dipping sauce.
