5. Wrap it in a plastic bag or plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than 1 hour until it becomes hard (the dough can be kept in the refrigerator for about three days). The dough should not be too soft, otherwise it will be difficult to remove the scraps when pressing the biscuits. The dough is harder after being refrigerated for a few days. It will be a little loose when it is just rolled, but it will become tight and slightly softer during repeated rolling, which will not affect the shaping.

6. Cut the bamboo sticks to the desired length in advance, grind them with a file and sandpaper until they are smooth, then soak them in water for a while (use a dry cloth to wipe them dry before use, so that you don’t have to worry about the bamboo sticks getting burnt when you put them in the oven later)

7. Take out the hardened dough and divide it into 6 portions. Roll each portion into a thin sheet about 2 mm thick. Use a mold (I couldn't find a suitable one, so I used a coffee bottle cap, which is about 8.5 cm in diameter) to press out the shape on the dough.

8. After removing the excess dough, press a bamboo skewer into the edge of the cookie. If you want to make glass cookies, use a small mold to press out a pattern in the shaped cookie dough, then remove the dough in the small mold to make a hollow shape. Roll the excess dough into a thin sheet, press out the shape with a small cookie mold, and cover the connection between the lollipop cookie and the bamboo stick. Press lightly with your hands until the connection between the cookie and the bamboo stick is bonded.

9. Preheat the oven to 130 degrees 5 minutes in advance, place the baking tray in the middle layer, bake at 130 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, take it out and cool it down before decorating

10. Use icing sugar to draw patterns on the cooled cookies, or stick colored fruit candies on them. The exposed part of the bamboo stick can be wrapped with a ribbon or decorated with small accessories such as a bow.
