5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put a layer of wax paper on the baking tray, put the puff paste into the piping bag, and gently squeeze out the paste with a diameter of about 3-4 cm.

6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, or until the puffs are puffed and golden brown.
