【Tips】

1. Cut the lotus root a little thinner so that it is easier to chop.

2. Chop the lean meat into 70% of the desired degree before adding the diced lotus root to avoid chopping all the diced lotus root into lotus root paste.

3. The fat should be added and chopped last, because if it is added too early, it will be chopped into oil.

4. If you don’t like fat, you can put a little less, but if you don’t put it, the taste will be slightly worse.
