How to make Old Beijing Mending Meat Pie

1. Cut the beef into small pieces, then put it into a blender and beat it into minced meat. Put it into a bowl and stir it clockwise until it is firm. Chop the ginger and green onion, add salt, yellow bean paste, sesame oil, chicken essence and minced ginger to the minced meat at the same time, stir again. Finally, add green onion before wrapping and stir (remember! Add green onion before wrapping~) 40g each, roll into small meatballs

2. Sift the high flour, add salt and water, knead the dough until it is moist, then let it stand for 30 minutes to let the dough relax completely.
