Stomach cold is a common stomach symptom, and many stomach diseases are caused by stomach cold. Therefore, after the problem of stomach cold occurs, you need to drink some stomach-warming soup frequently to regulate the stomach. There are many kinds of soups that can warm the stomach, such as mutton stomach-warming soup, barley pork trotter soup, white pepper pork tripe soup, Ganoderma lucidum, Hericium erinaceus and bamboo chicken soup, etc. Below, I will introduce to you how to cook these four foods.

1. Mutton Warming Stomach Soup

Ingredients: 500 grams of fresh mutton, 3 slices of ginger, 9 grams of Cyperus rotundus, 9 grams of Amomum villosum, a little salt and MSG.

Preparation method: Cut the fresh mutton into large pieces, boil it in water, put it into a casserole together with ginger slices, Cyperus rotundus, and Amomum villosum, add 2000 ml of water, simmer on low heat for 3 hours, then add salt and MSG to taste.

2. Barley and Pig’s Feet Soup

Crush the coix seeds, wash and chop the pig's feet into pieces, put them into a casserole together with the coix seeds, add rice wine, ginger and water, and cover it; bring to a boil over high heat first, remove the foam on the surface of the soup, and then simmer over low heat for about 2 hours; when the pig's feet are well cooked, add salt, soy sauce, green onion and pepper powder in turn. This soup strengthens the spleen and stomach, eliminates dampness, and strengthens the waist and knees.

3. White pepper pork belly soup

Wash the pig's stomach repeatedly with salt or cornstarch, put the crushed white pepper into the pig's stomach, tie the head and tail tightly with thread, put it into a clay pot together with the ginger, add 3 liters of water, boil it over high heat, then simmer for 3 hours over low heat, add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce. This soup has a strong aroma and has the effect of removing cold and dampness and warming the stomach and intestines. The pig's stomach can be scooped out, sliced, and mixed with soy sauce as a side dish.

4. Lingzhi Hericium and Bamboo Chicken Soup

Soak and wash Ganoderma lucidum and Hericium erinaceus, then cut into thick slices; wash and soak longan pulp and red dates, and remove the pits of the red dates; kill and wash the bamboo chicken, remove the intestines and tail, and chop it into pieces. Then put it into a clay pot together with ginger, add water, boil it over high heat, then simmer it over low heat for about 2 and a half hours, and add an appropriate amount of salt and a little cooking oil. The aroma of Ganoderma lucidum and Hericium erinaceus stewed with bamboo chicken is mellow and refreshing. It has the effects of strengthening the spleen and stomach, nourishing yin and qi, nourishing the heart and calming the mind. It is also suitable for people with poor spleen and stomach function, irritability and insomnia. It is especially a health-preserving soup on dull autumn days.
