How to make sponge meat floss cake

1.12 Ingredients: 4 eggs, 120g low flour, 100g sugar (I reduced it to 60), 30ml vegetable oil (I was lazy and poured it directly into the batter later)

2.21 Crack four eggs into a bowl, add sugar, and place the bowl in 40-50 degree hot water.

3. Use a whisk to beat the eggs first at low speed and then at high speed. When you lift the whisk, the batter will not drip and the traces in the bowl will not disappear easily (whole eggs are harder to beat than egg whites, so it takes longer).

4. Pour 30ml of vegetable oil into the batter and mix well (I poured it roughly to save washing a cup), sift the low flour 3 times and add it to the whole egg batter in 3 layers, stirring evenly each time.

5. Use the up and down cutting method, never make circles. This is the batter I mixed (I was really worried when I was making it, for fear of defoaming)

6. Brush a layer of oil on the baking pan and pour the batter into the baking pan

7. Add some cocoa powder to the remaining batter and mix well. Put it into a piping bag to decorate the surface.

8.175 degrees middle layer 15-20 minutes

9. Turn the baked cake over and apply a layer of salad dressing on it. Then sprinkle some black sesame seeds and add meat floss (I originally wanted to make a cake roll, but something went wrong when I was rolling it. Alas), so I had to use a plum blossom shape to press out a few flowers and stick the two pieces together!
