1. (Ingredients 2) Wash the oranges and cut them into thin slices (if you are making a cake roll, the thinner the better, so it is easier to operate. If the slices are too thick, they cannot be rolled up.) Put them into water, add sugar and cook for about 10 minutes, take them out, let them cool and drain the water.

6. Pour into the cake pan and mix well (turn it upside down).

7. Place the drained orange slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

8. Pour the cake batter slowly and shake it a few times. Sprinkle a layer of orange peel on top (optional).

9. Preheat the oven, put the baking tray into the oven, 180 degrees, middle layer, 20 minutes. Cover with tin foil after coloring.

10. Time is up. Take out, turn upside down and let cool.
