3. Thyroid patients should eat more foods high in iodine, such as kelp, seaweed, hair algae, mussels, scallops, clams, jellyfish, sea cucumbers, lobster, hairtail, mackerel, fish maw, cockles, clams, and turtles.

4. It is advisable to eat more foods that have the effect of eliminating lumps and swelling, including water chestnuts, taro, rapeseed, mustard greens, and kiwi fruit.

Then put the selfheal into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, boil it over high heat, then simmer for 30 minutes on low heat, remove the residue and take the juice, add white pigeon and kelp to the juice, cook for another hour, and add salt and MSG to season. Eat meat and drink soup once every night, 1 bowl each time.

3. Kelp seaweed and soybean soup

150 grams of soybeans, 30 grams of kelp, 35 grams of seaweed, and appropriate amount of seasoning. Soak the soybeans for more than 4 hours; wash the kelp and seaweed, put them in a casserole, add 500 ml of water, boil for 15 minutes, add salt and MSG to season, and eat twice a day, morning and evening.

4. Black-bone chicken stewed with angelica and astragalus

250 grams of black-bone chicken, 15 grams of angelica, 30 grams of astragalus, and appropriate amount of seasoning. Cut the black-bone chicken into small pieces; wash the angelica and astragalus, put them into a stewing pot, add appropriate amount of water and a little Shaoxing wine, stew for 3 hours, then add salt and MSG to taste. Eat meat and drink soup once a day, 1 bowl each time.
