7. Roll the dough into long strips and take three strips into a group.

8.Pinch the left sides of the three noodles together, and then start braiding them.

9. Pinch the rightmost side of the braided dough with your hands. Allow to ferment for about 1 hour.

10. After 1 hour, the dough should have a significant increase in volume. Brush with egg wash and top with cheese. I chose the cheese made from CremeCheese.

11. Sprinkle the corn and start grilling. After baking, spread mayonnaise on top. Finally, add the meat floss. In this way, the color of the meat floss will be maintained, and the color of the meat floss will be darker after roasting.
