How to make shrimp and cabbage (triangle dumplings)

1. Wash the live shrimps and peel them.

2. I used 22 live shrimps here and chopped the peeled shrimps into shrimp paste.

3. Cut a quarter of the cabbage into pieces as shown in the picture.

4. Add one spoonful of salt and two spoonfuls of olive oil.

5. Stir well.

6. Apply some water around the dumpling skin.

7. Place the filling in the middle, roughly forming a triangle shape.

8. Use three fingers to pinch the edges towards the middle, and then tighten the edges.

9. I also made dumplings in other shapes, and they taste great when fried!
