13. To make the jelly layer, soak the gelatin sheets in cold water in advance, mix the papaya jam with cold boiled water, heat it in water and add the soaked gelatin sheets while stirring evenly.

14. After removing from water, filter with a powder sieve, gently pour the jelly layer onto the cheese liquid, put it back into the refrigerator and refrigerate for more than four hours (preferably overnight). Take it out and use a hot towel or hair dryer to demould it.
