6. Use a spatula to mix the egg yolk liquid and flour. Stir up and down, left and right, don't make circles

8. If the liquid does not flow down easily during sieving, you can use a scraper to scrape the sieve back and forth and left and right to make it flow down.

9. Add a little salt to the egg white and beat it with an electric whisk

10. Add a little sugar when the bubbles appear. You can decide the amount yourself.

11. Add sugar for the second time when fine bubbles appear

12. Add sugar for the third time for soft foaming

13. The egg whites are stiff and will not flow even if you tilt the bowl. This is it.

14. Take 1/3 of the beaten egg whites and add them into the egg yolk and flour mixture, mix well up and down and left and right. Note that you still cannot make circles.

15. Pour the mixture into the remaining 2/3 of the egg whites and stir evenly.

16. It is not easy to mix evenly at the beginning, so you need to be patient and stir gently.

17. Apply a little vegetable oil on the bottom of the pan and pour all the mixed cake batter into the pan.

18. Shake out the bubbles. The specific method is to place a towel on the stove, lift the pot to the top of your eyebrow and let it fall freely, and the bubbles will be shaken out. Then you can garnish it with some wolfberries when steaming. Set the exhaust valve of the electric pressure cooker to the non-open state and set the timer to 20-25 minutes. After it pops, let the air out, open the pan and take out the cake.

19. The finished product will be more beautiful with a little decoration. When taking the cake out, be careful not to press it. The cake is very soft and hot at this time. If you press it slightly, the pressed part will collapse, which is not only unsightly but also affects the taste. Since it has been greased, you only need to shake it to get the cake out. It tastes good when hot and remains soft when cold, but it becomes unpalatable overnight.
