How to make plum sushi

1. Divide a sheet of sushi seaweed into five equal parts and cut it into five strips with scissors. Take a bowl of mixed white sushi rice, add Korean hot sauce, add a few drops of sesame oil, mix well, and you will get red rice.

2.12 Spread the cut seaweed strips on the sushi mat and spread a thin layer of spicy rice on top.

3.21 Lift the two sides of the seaweed slightly upwards and roll it into a small tube that is not completely closed.

4. Use the same method to roll the remaining four seaweed strips into small tubes and set them aside for later use. Then take another whole sheet of nori, spread a layer of mixed white sushi rice on it, and keep the fried egg skin roll on hand for later use.

5. Place two small rolls of spicy rice in the middle of the seaweed covered with rice.

6.1 Put the remaining three small tubes on both sides and the middle of the egg skin roll, with the seaweed facing outwards

7.2 Place an egg skin roll between the two small tubes

8. Hold up the sushi curtain with your hands and move the two ends of the seaweed covered with white rice towards the middle where the small rolls are placed.

9. When the two ends are gathered together, roll them tightly with the sushi mat to shape them.

10. When cutting, use the sushi mat to roll up, leaving only the part to be cut exposed, and then cut with a knife, which will make it easier to cut
