2. Add an egg (I used a black chicken egg) and sugar.

3. Add flour and salt. Tear the old dough into small pieces with your hands and put it in.

4. Add salt. Do not add salt and yeast at the same time.

5. After kneading the dough for 40 minutes, add butter and continue kneading.

6. Until the film can be pulled out and the holes become smooth.

7. Put the dough in the bread machine and let it rise until it is 2.5 times larger.

8. Heat the cheese over water and add 20 grams of sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the cheese is smooth, then gradually add the egg mixture.

9. Beat until the oil and water are evenly mixed.

10. Put baking paper on the baking tray. I used a square baking tray.

11. Shape the bread and roll it twice into a square. Pour cheese paste on top of bread and smooth it out.

12. Squeeze blueberry jam on it and sprinkle with crispy grains, sesame seeds, etc. for decoration. Finally, preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake on the middle layer for 20 minutes.
