8. Turn the package over and cut it at equal distances on the top without cutting it through.

9. Make the shape, put one piece of bread to the left and the other piece to the right. After staggering them in different directions, press the ham to make the flower shape fall down.

10. Place it in a warm and humid place for final fermentation. Apply egg liquid on the surface of the fermented bread and sprinkle with chopped green onions pickled with salt.

11. Place in preheated oven, 180 degrees, middle layer, 16 minutes (after the bread is colored in the middle, cover with tin foil.
