Method

1. First, chop the onion and ginger, and soak them in water with the peppercorns.

2. Marinate the meat filling. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, pepper and starch and mix well. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.

3. Then start adding water and beating the filling. Filter out the water used to soak the green onion, ginger and peppercorns and use it to make the meat filling. 4. The last step is frying! Heat oil in a pan, lots of oil! After the oil is heated over high heat, turn to medium heat and put the meatballs in. Fry until golden brown and remove from the pan. 5. Chop two or three cloves of garlic into minced garlic. Prepare the sweet and sour sauce. While the pan is heating up, pour in the sweet and sour sauce and half of the minced garlic. Stir and cook until the sweet and sour sauce thickens.

6. Add the meatballs! Turn them over and over to make sure they are covered with the sweet and sour sauce. Then turn off the heat and sprinkle the remaining half of the minced garlic, stir fry evenly and serve!! Eat while hot!
