Spicy Chicken with Celery and Lettuce

1. Debone the chicken thighs and cut them into small cubes. Pour in KOKU 100 spicy seasoning with a little water, mix well, and marinate overnight. If you don't have time or spicy seasoning, this step can be omitted.

2. Take out the marinated diced chicken, add a little salt, starch and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

4. Fry until the surface is browned, remove from the heat and drain for later use.

5. Fresh chili peppers can be replaced with dried chili peppers and cut into small pieces for later use. Crush the garlic into garlic cloves for later use

6. Cut the lettuce into cubes.

7. Pour clean water into the pot, bring to a boil, add the lettuce and blanch it, then remove and drain for later use.

8. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, heat the pot and cool the oil. Add garlic and chili peppers and sauté until fragrant.

9. Add the blanched diced lettuce and stir-fry evenly.

10. Add the fried diced chicken, add a little salt for seasoning, add a little sugar and cooking wine, drizzle with a little light soy sauce and stir well.

11. Add 2 spoons of white cooked sesame seeds into the pot, stir-fry for a few times and serve.

12. After taking it out of the pot, put it on a plate and eat it. It tastes very good. The pickled ones have a unique flavor.
