1. Keep the fire high~ (I added cold water, so add enough water at once, and it is best not to add water in the middle; if you must add water, add hot water.)

Heat the pan, pour in a proper amount of oil, spread the oil with ginger slices, fry the crucian carp slowly over low heat until both sides are golden brown, turn the heat to maximum, add a proper amount of water and bring to a boil, pour in the tender tofu, bring to a boil again, then turn to medium-low heat and cook for about 20 minutes, add a proper amount of salt and chopped green onion. Tips: The secret to making the fish soup milky white is to fry the fish over high heat first and then add water to boil. The principle is probably that fish glue is easy to dissolve after being fried over high heat, and it will turn white after a little cooking. Effects: Crucian carp tastes sweet, is neutral in nature, and enters the spleen, stomach, and large intestine meridians; it has the effects of strengthening the spleen, appetizing, invigorating qi, promoting diuresis, promoting lactation, and removing dampness.
