How to make pineapple and tofu

Many of our friends often neglect eating and have no appetite due to the pressure of work. You might as well go to the kitchen and make a delicious pineapple and tofu dish yourself. 1. Wash the old tofu, cut off the hard core of the pineapple, slice it and soak it in light salt water for ten minutes and drain the water.

2. Use kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture of the old tofu and cut into small pieces. Cut pineapple into small pieces

3. Heat the pan, add the oil, add the ginger slices and scallions, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant, remove and discard

4. Pour the old tofu cubes into the pot and fry them slowly over medium-low heat until the surface is golden brown. Remove and set aside

5. Use the remaining oil in the pan and stir-fry the tomato sauce over medium heat for half a minute

6. Pour in half a bowl of water and bring to a boil

7. Pour the fried tofu in step 4, add salt and sugar, stir-fry for two minutes to let the tofu absorb the flavor.

8. Pour in the pineapple chunks and stir fry for a while

9. Finally, pour in about two tablespoons of thin water starch and stir-fry evenly until the soup is thick and covers the surface of the tofu and pineapple.
