15. Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and continue cooking until the tofu is well seasoned.

16. When the soup starts to thicken, stir-fry over high heat until the soup thickens.

17. Dried tofu with good juice

18. Chop the cilantro and sprinkle. . . . Decorate it
