How to make tofu rolls

People's life is long and they face many diseases. When people get sick, they usually need medication. 1.1 Add tofu dregs little by little and knead until it forms a dough.

2.2 Put flour, yeast and fresh tofu into a bowl and mix well.

3.1 Take out the fermented dough and knead it evenly.

4.2 Cover with plastic wrap and place in a pot of hot water to ferment until it is 2.5 times larger.

5. Roll out the dough into rectangular sheets and brush evenly with vegetable oil.

6. Wash and chop the green onions, put them in a bowl, add a little vegetable oil and salt and mix well. Sprinkle evenly on the dough.

7.Roll up the dough tightly from top to bottom with the seam facing downwards.

8. Take a piece of cotton string and divide it into 5 equal parts.

9. Use chopsticks to press down horizontally on each portion of dough. Continue to let the sugar rise for 15 minutes. Steam over medium-low heat for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before removing from the heat.
