Then prepare some batter, beat the eggs in a bowl, stir, add appropriate amount of flour to make a batter, put the shredded meat in and coat it with the batter. Put some oil in the pan and fry the shredded pork until the surface turns golden brown.

Boiled pork slices are also a delicious meat with a rich flavor, but the preparation is not difficult.

Prepare a piece of tenderloin, wash it and cut it into slices, mix it evenly with starch, cooking wine, salt and eggs, and marinate for about twenty minutes. Add the onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. After the aroma comes out, pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. Put the meat slices in and cook them, and add salt, MSG, soy sauce and other seasonings. When the meat slices are cooked, take them out and put them in a bowl with vegetables and add some soup. Add peppercorns, chili peppers and appropriate amount of chopped green onions, then drizzle with some boiling hot oil.

Fish-flavored Shredded Pork

Fish-flavored shredded pork is a common dish that can be made with pork tenderloin. It is fresh, fragrant and delicious.

Prepare the ingredients: a piece of pork tenderloin, an appropriate amount of black fungus, a potato, and a carrot. Add the fungus and stir-fry. Finally, pour the sauce and bring to a boil. After the soup has thickened, add some sesame oil and it is ready to serve.
