1. Prepare raw materials

8. Add oil to the pan and sauté star anise; ginger slices

9. Add rock sugar and stir-fry until melted

10. Then add the sweet potato cubes and carrot cubes and stir-fry until fragrant

11. Add garlic and fry until fragrant

12. Add onions and fry until fragrant

13. Finally, add the chili pepper and celery and stir-fry until fragrant

14. Finally, add the marinated grass carp

15. Cover and simmer over medium heat

16. After simmering for another 5 minutes, uncover and spread the sauce

17. Cover the lid and steam for 15 minutes before serving.

18. After 18 minutes, remove the lid, sprinkle with coriander and serve.
